I named my company One Whole Health because just as there is collective consciousness, there is collective health.  Your health affects my health and vice versa.  What better way could I contribute to your well being than by sharing my own healing process through my journals.

“I’ve LOST 17 pounds and maintained it through the holidays”
After working with Leah, I feel thinner, notice my clothes fit better and have softer feeling skin. I'm not having acid reflux, bloating, stomach aches or constipation anymore. I've lost 17 pounds, maintained it through holiday and my blood pressure has plummeted to 114 over 60! What is even more important is that I feel less pushed around and less bullied by food. A huge mental shift has taken place where I don't feel "owed" foods (like sugar & dairy) that make me nauseous, groggy, thirsty, irregular, bloated and headachy. I simply don't want those foods anymore. I'm doing Pilates and appreciating my body and know I'm on a path of moving forward. I like that my body has healing powers built right in.
